Day 1:    Travel day – Vancouver, BC to New York City, NY

Hotel will be near Princeton University (1 night)

Day 2:    Princeton University Campus Tour

  • Campus Tour and presentations
  • Explore surrounding area of Princeton
  • Hotel will be close to NYU campus (2 nights)

Day 3:    New York University Campus Tour

  • Campus tour in the morning with presentations if available
  • Lunch either on campus or in surrounding areaColumbia University Campus Tour
  • Campus tour in the afternoon with presentations if available

Day 4: Travel on the morning train to New Haven, CT

  •  Yale University Campus Tour
  • Campus tour mid-morning with presentations if available
  • Lunch on campus
  • Exploring the surrounding geography of the city

Train to Providence, RI in the evening, Hotel near Brown University (1 night)

Day 5:   Brown University Campus Tour

    • Campus tour, presentations, exploration of housing options.
    • Exploration of the city of Providence
    • Train to Cambridge, MA in the evening, hotel near campus (2 nights)

Day 6: Harvard University Campus Tour

  • Campus tour in the morning with presentations if available
  • Lunch on campus
MIT Campus Tour
  • Campus tour in the afternoon with presentations if available

Day 7: Travel day – Boston MA to Vancouver BC

Please Note:

Pricing may vary depending on number of students traveling.  Rooms are based on double occupancy.  Estimated cost $3500-4000.00 (Excluding flights, medical insurance, and meals), a non-refundable booking deposit of $500 is required. ** Travel by train requires that students pack within baggage restrictions.  Amtrak requirements — Each passenger may bring two personal items, 25 lbs. (12 kg) and 14 x 11 x 7 inches each, and two carry-on items, 50 lbs. (23 kg) and 28 x 22 x 14 inches each, onboard. Make sure you have a tag with your name and address on the outside of all your bags.  May I suggest one carry on piece of luggage and a back pack or school bag, in order for students to manage their luggage during flights and train travel.
